Returns

If you’re not happy with a LYB product, then we are not happy. The LOVE YOUR BODY return process is as easy and we have a dedicated customer service team ready to support you if you wish to make a return. All online return requests must be made in writing via email within 30 days of the purchase date. Here’s how to process a return:

Returns can be processed in person at the Wake Forest NC location for products purchased within 30 days . Returns can also be processed by contacting the LYB customer service team directly via email: support@loveyourbodyinc.com using the subject line: Request for return – (customer name) . Once the request is received by our customer service team, we will provide confirmation of receipt of the request. Love Your Body will process a credit to the original payment method within once we’ve received the returned item(s).
